| "Thanks for taking the time and helping me out this morning. It was great and really helped me to feel comfortable with 3s. I really appreciate your guidance and mana'o (wisdom). It is great when coaches take the time to share with others and the benefits towards the kids is amazing. Mahalo again for your patience and guidance." DAN LYONS |
| "Many thanks for your reply and, as always, for your thoughtfulness and expertise. I'm very grateful for your guidance and realize that I'm still learning to train intelligently instead of always relying on adding volume to improve. I will stop the extra Cat IB right away…
Many thanks again and I look forward to talking with you," DAVID LILLY |
| "Thanks for all your help. The information I have gotten from you and the site over the past few weeks has been invaluable."

| "Hello Sergei,
Just wanted to keep you informed of Jasons progress. Jason was crowned Sunday German Indoor Lightweight Junior B Champion. His race distance was 1500m and he did a time of 4:52.3. What is more fascinating is that his time was as near to perfect that you can get from his page results dynamics. It was within 0.5 of a second. That is pretty impressive stuff! Thank you." | "Hello Sergei,
... Just wanted to let you know I appreciate everything you\'ve done for me over the past 5 years. Christine Magnusson\'s performances in Beijing (two Silver medals) would not have happened without your help and without the knowledge that I\'ve gained from using 3S" MATT KREDICH,Head Women\'s Swim Coach University of Tennessee |
| "Thanks again for your help in 2008, my 3rd year with 3S. The race season wrapped up with a 2nd at the Head of the Charles, and a 1st place age-group finish at the 11K Silverskiff Regatta (27th overall out of 471 entrants).
At the beginning of the year, we discussed whether I should plan for any age-related decline in speed as I turned 46, and your advice was that as I was still learning how to get the most out of 3S - that I should keep my target speeds the same. Comparing my results at the Silverskiff in 2008 versus 2007, my speed in terms of meters/second improved 2% - which was great. One other thing you might be interested in, re: the effectiveness of the 3S program. I used a general "foundation" conditioning program during the winter and then switched back to 3S in the spring - and did two 12-week training cycles with you in 2008. I had a full laboratory physiological test done in April (as I got back into the boat), and then again in November (after head racing season). From April to November, my anaerobic threshold on the erg increased from 80% to 90% of observed HRmax. The comment from the lab was "keep doing whatever you\'re doing, because its clearly working. Best of luck to the 3S team in 2009."GREG BENNING, Master Sculler Cambridge Boat Club, Boston, MA |
| "FYI, there were two big sculling events in Europe in October/November: the Armada Cup (9km) in Switzerland and the Silverskiff (11km) in Turin, Italy. I won the masters D at the Armada cup and finished 3rd in masters D in Torino…
Best regards," |
| "At the NRW State Championships Long Distance Test (over 6km) Jason started as a lightweight and he was the younger year of the two years Junior B. He beat all the lightweights and all of the heavyweights. Beat the best heavyweight by one second but is still a win. The morning races were very hard. The rowers had a very strong wind that they were rowing directly against, hence the slower times. The afternoon races had a lot less wind.
Jason is now in the state cadre and is aiming to race in the single and double four in the junior German championships at the end of June. It is all down to 3s. Well done. Let us hope Jason keeps improving." Kind Regards, MARK OSBORN, |
| "I was quite pleased with my last race at the Head of the Charles two weekends ago. I was about 11% behind the winner versus 14% two years ago (my goals are VERY modest). More importantly, I felt consistently effective during this race; as well as a race several weeks prior. This is quite a change for me in the single as previously some part of me (often lower arms) would fail prematurely."

| "I have had continual success with your program. My son Andy went to (US Junior National) Trials this summer and my daughter Aileen came within 100ths of her Trial Qualifying time. All the swimmers I have trained under this program have had 100% best time… Thanks for all your help and support." TERI ATZHORN Blue Water Barracudas Fort Walton FL |
| "I earned my master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and I thought I understood training an athlete to their physiological potential. When I was introduced to Sergei Beliaev and his Super Sport System it was like I began school all over again. I learned the importance of building an aerobic base using the concepts of repeatability and training athletes to run as fast as they can for as long as they can. This program actually slows your athletes down to speed them up. It has worked for my teams the last six years. My athletes are fast, fit and can stand with the best in the country. Last year we were 22-2, ranked third in the nation and reached the Final Four for the first time in Syracuse Field Hockey history. I attribute much of this success to the physiological preparation we get from Super Sport Systems. This program has also helped two of my former athletes from the University of Richmond qualify for the 2009 Boston Marathon. The preparation they received as an undergraduate with Super Sport Systems enabled them to become effective marathon runners after their collegiate field hockey career.” I encourage you to explore the opportunities available to you and your athletes."

"I took a 100% green team to national level in just one season using 3S. I wish every coach used this program. It would elevate the whole sport of rowing." ANDY MAUER |
| "I hope you are well, sir! We won our conference by 234 points! Last year we lost by 26 points. I was coach of the year. All the girls did best times. We are very excited about the season. Just thought you would like to know. We were as high as 4th in the collegeswimming.com mid major poll. Hope to see you soon." NEAL STUDD |
