Appropriate exercises are the key to your success. All exercises are calculated on a weekly basis to ensure you will meet your training
goals, and are based upon meeting the required changes in certain physiological parameters in order to achieve this.

Use this unique, flexible 3S tool to create an individually prepared menu of time-dependent exercises (sets). Choose a distance, interval or
repetitive exercise you would like to include in your training and the tool will instantly create an individually calculated set that includes the following parameters:

You may also add or replace an exercise, or make changes to the daily menu whenever you wish. Simply use our "Add Exercise" feature to
select and re-calculate any kind of exercise for any distance, or intensity level.
And don't forget - each set is custom designed just for you, based on your own individual physiological model and training goals.
