How to Use 3S Intervals' Calculator:3S Intensity Calculator will provide you with the most effective training set in each energy zone based on your current ability or even planned results. Ideally, you want to use your recent known best-effort result on any distance to receive reliable output. The training sets are calculated to produce maximum training effect you need to move to another level!
1. Enter distance of full-out effort and time on that distance. 2. Provide your gender and age. This will allow us to connect your training intensity with physiological markers of intensity, such as Heart Rate. 3. Select training intensity level (Energy Zone) in which you would like to receive your effective training set. 4. Calculate!
